Whether you’ve changed your mind or don’t want to keep the product, rest assured as we offer a 30-day refunds and returns policy.

To do so, email us at Info@buckinghamboutique.co.uk stating the information regarding your order and we’ll share a return label with you.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please also get in touch and we’ll also find the best solution for you.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases for the purposes of health and safety.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be given

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

 

Returns

 

Once your return is received, we will email you to to notify you.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we would advise you to allow 3-5 working days as this is the duration it can take for the funds to clear.

If you’ve tried the above, and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at {Info@buckinghamboutique.co.uk} and we will investigate.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We replace items if they are defective,  damaged and even if you’ve changed your mind

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
